| - On March 8th, 2016, I received testing services at Silver State Neurology for a pinched nerve, arthritis of the spine, and narrowing of the spinal canal. I was already in severe pain from all these issues and the pain had escalated even more in the following weeks. The lack of care from Silver State Neurology's staff with the after-care process was absolutely unacceptable.
To make a long story short, they will send you to out of network specialists and you will have to do your own work to find your own specialists that are in network. They take several weeks to send out referrals to specialists, and make excuses as to why, even when they are aware the severity of the pain you are in. Staff deliberately lie to their patients, dismiss patient concerns and calls as if you are not important to them, don't return phone calls, etc.
I find this kind of business practice, staff lying to patients, dragging feet with patient concerns/ questions/ referrals, and certain staff members not doing their job properly at a neurologist's office to be HIGHLY unacceptable, especially when dealing with emergency situations that involve severe, debilitating, and excruciating pain. I highly urge anyone that is referred to Silverstate Neurology to steer clear.
