This is MY VERY FIRST VISIT and it has been HORRIBLE!
I had an exam and ordered glasses. I was told it would take 7 - 10 business days for me to get them. I received a phone call 9 days later saying my insurance won't pay for the frames. I told them "that's all right, I will pay for the frames."
Two and a half weeks later, I receive a call saying my glasses are ready! I went and picked them up on a Saturday (their hours conflict with my work schedule during the week, so I can go only Saturdays.) My glasses looked beautiful! I got $25 off for the DELAY of my glasses by a manager I did not get introduced to or even SEE in the back office...While driving home, I noticed during the transition in the sun that there were two big SCRIBBLES in the left-lense...SERIOUSLY!? I'm thinking: I didn't do that! I haven't even cleaned them yet! I immediately called the office and left a message. (I was leaving to go to Ohio for a funeral early the very next morning.)
When I FINALLY returned the glasses (two Saturdays later), I am told that the glasses are defective! It took ANOTHER TEN DAYS for my glasses to be ready! I asked the employee to speak with a manager and I was told that one is not available on Saturdays. The employee took a message for the female manager to call me on Monday. (I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED A PHONE CALL & it has been OVER A MONTH!)
This is THEE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! DO NOT GO HERE!
