  • Came here for breakfast and I know a place is good if they can get me craving for more after I finished my meal. We chose to eat at Babystacks because it was convenient. My boyfriend and I aren't really pancake people (we prefer savory breakfasts) and had ordered the corned beef hash and the adobo fried rice. I felt like it would have been an injustice to come to babystacks and not try their pancakes, so I asked our server for their most popular pancakes and decided to get the strawberry pancakes to go with my corned beef hash. I wasn't expecting to really like the pancakes since I normally don't. BUT I ATE ALL OF MY PANCAKES. IT WAS DELICIOUS. It came with fresh cream and strawberries and this strawberry sauce that was addictive. I almost forgot all about my corned beef hash because all I wanted to do was keep eating the pancakes. The corned beef hash was perfect, it had a nice crisp to it and some softness in the middle. I love eating it together where I'm able to get corned beef hash, a little runny yolk, and potatoes all in one spoonful. My boyfriend got the adobo fried rice which was served in an omelett. I've never seen that before so I thought it was really creative. It was well-seasoned and yummy. For a place that we randomly picked, I was thoroughly impressed and we enjoyed everything we ordered. I'm honestly still thinking about those strawberry pancakes.
