rev:text	I WANT TO GIVE THIS PLACE 0 STARS. I took my dog grooming here for about 5 times now. They are not that good in my opinion, they never give me exactly what I want, but it's understandable since dogs move around and I can't always blame the groomer. I take my dog here because this place is walking distance from my house. BUT NEVER AGAIN. Last week, when my dog came for grooming, they cut the skin of my dog. Upon picking him up, I realized there was a red patch on my dogs neck. I asked them, and the lady said "it's just sensitive skin, we see it all the time. Don't worry". Seeing that it's a professional grooming spa, I believed her. The following night, when I took a closer look at my dogs neck, I realized that it wasn't just sensitive skin. IT WAS CUT AND INFECTED WITH PUS OOZING OUT OF IT. i took him to the vet the very next Morning and the vet confirmed it was infected due to a cut on the skin. Angry, I called them asking for an explanation. I was told that they were very busy that day, and they rushed the job, and that I would receive a 10% discount next time I go there. FIRST OF ALL, IF U ARE BUSY, DONT BOOK ALL THE EXTRA APPOINTMENTS. ITS IRRESPONSIBLE. TELL ME ITS BOOKED FULL AND I WILL COME BACK ANOTHER DAY. SAYING THE JOB IS RUSHED DUE TO A PACKED SCHEDULE IS NOT A GOOD EXCUSE. SECOND, WHAT MAKES YOU THINK I CARE ABOUT 10%OFF?!?! CAN 6$ REALLY MAKE THE PAIN AND SUFFERING OF MY DOG GO AWAY? Sorry for the rant, but seriously, I would not comeback, even if it was free. Find a better place.
