  • I was scammed!!!! I bought my coupon from Groupon, it's a $328 value and was on sale for $49 I researched the BETTER CLEAN USA of how they do the job, and I found it good. But it's a different company who came, CUSTOM AIR SPECIALTIES, LLC.... and they only cleaned 7 vents and also dryer. That's it!!! I told them on the better clean usa web, it says you have to clean the ducts and deodorize, they said that's extra money. They want to clean the motor but I have to pay extra $129 as there is a MOLD they said. But since we did not agree to it, they did not even inspect it, as on advertised. The dyer they said they cleaned already, but when my husband checked it, it wasn't clean properly and they redo it :( Bad experience....no satisfied at all!!!
