  • Good things first - the doctor is good at doing his job. I had check-up, cleaning and two crowns with them. I liked it as much as you can like going to the dentist. They took their time with all the procedures, did everything good, not in a hurry for another patient. Now bad. The previous review was correct - sometimes they don't remind for your appointment, they are rude with your as soon as you have any problems, they tricked me to do a procedure, hiding the information about payments that I will have to do. Make sure you call your insurance company and talk about your benefits before agree to do anything, don't trust Moore Family Dentistry billing department! I believed to what they told me, saying how great my insurance that it will cover almost everything, showing numbers that I will have to pay, etc. I happily paid the copay, and then they billed me freaking amount of money, changing the reason why they do it every time. When I asked them wtf - they lied to my face that they told me everything and I chose to do the procedure anyway. So no, I wouldn't recommend them to my friends.
