  • This was absolutely the worst service!!! Let's start off with the greeter she had no personality she didn't even greet us. I don't understand why people go to work when they don't even do their job!!! She basically said how many and walked towards a table. The experience with our waitress was horrible. She came up to the table and didn't even introduce herself and briefly asked what we want for drinks. After waiting 15 min she finally came with our drinks and asked if we were ready to order. Yes we are!! We finally ordered and she finally gave me some suggestion on how big of a portion I would get which was nice. When we got our food it was very plain it didn't have any flavor I order the number 5 burger the guacamole was old and black. The waitress never came back to check on us. I had to Hunt her down. I finally got the bill and she charged me for an extra meal. It took her another 15 min to adjust it. I would have to say the portions are huge but I'd rather get best tasting food for what I paid. I will not return because the service was bad and the food. I hate writing bad reviews but this one was by far the worst experience.
