rev:text	All I needed was one outdoor outlet installed. This seems like a pretty straight forward request for any electrician. Here are my issues with the service I received: 1) The guy who came out was downright rude and condescending. He made me feel like I was wasting his time and as if I was asking dumb questions. I noticed this was mentioned in at least one other review also so I'm sure the company knows exactly who this employee is, but has done nothing to correct it. 2) It's been three business days and I still don't have a quote for this very basic install. I only received an email a day later telling me to expect a quote within 5 days. I already hired someone else who came out and finished the work in the same day, and this company hasn't even gotten a quote to me yet... Edit: company responded that everything I wrote was incorrect... yet I've still never even received a quote to this day. Please respond again and tell me which part of my review was not a accurate?
