I only come here for their beef noodle soup. The beef is well marinated with chinese spices and is sensational - expect a medley of flavors dancing in your mouth. Always go for the thick hand-pulled noodles; they're much better than the normal generic ones. I do wish they're a bit thinner as the authentic ones, but it's not bad for a Las Vegas restaurant.
As for soup dumplings, I don't quite understand why they use minced pork. The texture is totally different from the real dumplings, so I'm disappointed. I'll just have to wait to go to CA to have my fill of soup dumplings!
