  • Tim, I'm not sure how you can resolve my issue since it is in the past and I've purchased a car from another dealership and have moved on. Centennial Buick-GMC-Mazda is not in my future business plans. It is odd how the same finance company (Tidewater) which I was told at your dealership turned me down due to an open BK financed me under the same conditions at another dealership and for more money. My experience is only one of several that are less than positive based on what is on yelp. Most people with negative experiences do not nothing just never return so yelp is only a small percentage of the overall picture. The days of shady car salesman tactics do not work anymore. The no pressure sales, posted no haggle price and do not let the customer roll unless the deal is done now works far more than these old school bait the customer tactics. Letting a customer roll then calling him/her back to say we have other papers to sign and then tell them the deal did not go through is not cool. I think your dealership and salesman needs to take a closer look at being more pro-customer orientated. Your salesman are the face of you and your dealership. My last comment regarding one of your managers I don't know his name but it is a bald big buff black guy that sits behind the big desk/podium. When I questioned about the deal he raised his voice and gave me a look as if he was going to intimidate me. I stood there for nearly 10 minutes waiting for my car keys and he just ignored me while moving around folders and papers around the computer finally acknowledging me and said here you go and handed me my car keys. I'm sure you have a few decent guys there but my experience combined with the others on yelp tells me that your salesman need restructured training.
