  • As I am writing this I am here standing and I we had to wait an hour and 30 minutes for the balloons but as of 5:43 the two girls behind the cash wrap are absolutely ignorant and 0 customer service. We come and they have it 16 and then they are the wrong color. We brought in the same color! This is for my grandmas 91st birthday and they can't even get filling balloons with helium right! They are murmuring things to each other over radio or to their crazy self's but honestly such unprofessional people. First they say let's give them another one, then the second incompetent says you can just tie it around. Honestly horrible place horrible customer service. Those two associates should retrain on proper manners on the floor!!! Never again will I come to this ghetto location.
