  • Don't rent a unit here. I rented for less than a year, which was my intent, as I have been looking for a place to buy. It appears to be secure as you need to get a password to enter and exit. Not secure at all. No cameras, block fence is high, but barbed wire fence is bent. I went to get my stuff out only to find my unit 3/4 empty. Yup, someone had cleaned my out. Lock was in place (I had purchased the lock there). I do have insurance however since it was not a forced entry, I may not be able to claim anything. When I had discovered the theft, the front office person was completely useless, basically handed me a form to fill out. I called the police, got a report and crime scene person and hopefully someone will get prosecuted. I called the manager the next day, left a message and no call back, I have called again and gotten no call back. To add insult to injury, I didn't get my last month refunded either. Oh, and there was a person camped out in a unit a few doors down from mine.
