I almost don't want to leave a review because it's small and at times you need a reservation because it's THAT good and I just don't want to attract more people there. That said, it is hands down my favorite sushi restaurant in the east valley due to food quality. You will not be disappointed with the food here. Freshest sushi around and rice done right. This is the kind of sushi you can skip the soy/sauces and enjoy the flavors on their own. Shrimp tempura melts in your mouth. Sushi chefs are friendly and always offer suggestions/make sure you are happy. The host can be a bit picky about seating/accommodating (when reservations take over the restaurant) so I've sadly had to find elsewhere to go last minute on a few occasions. I also wish they had daytime/more open hours as I find it difficult to schedule going there as often as I'd like to. If it were open during the day I would be there once a week for lunch.
