  • I had an issue with a hot water heater not working in a rental home in Tempe over the weekend due to improper installation by my plumber. I called Lundell Electric Monday morning and was lucky to get the owner Dan to meet me at the property in the early afternoon. He spotted the problem right away (wrong type of connector to connect aluminum wire to copper which caused the wires to loosen and cause a reaction) He was able to install new wires and the proper connector to make everything safe. He also talked to my plumber to let him know the proper connector that should have been used and the reason the red type aren't always the best choice. I will certainly not hesitate to contact Lundell electric for all my future electrical needs for my own home and rentals. Thanks Dan!
