  • Every single time I come here my order gets mixed up. I called once to complain since this is the Starbucks located at my convenience before heading to work. I used to come 4 -6 days a week but because such bad service I started driving to the one on east Washington that's 10 mins out of my way. Today I didn't have time to make it to that one so I had my fingers crossed this location could get my tea right just this one time. Again, didn't sweeten my tea and I was the only one in line so it wasn't even busy. Guess I learned my lesson again and will just have to go without when I'm running late.
