Best Buy of Blakeney had an "open box" Samsung 55" 4K TV listed on their website. I called customer service before I left to verify it was there before I drove 50 min to get it. Once I got to the store they could not find it anywhere. I then asked if they would honor the $30 discount to another TV since I drove so far for nothing and the manager wouldn't budge. I then told the store manager on the way out that he needs to pull the item from inventory listed on the website so nobody else has to go through the same waste of time and he said "thank you for letting us know" in a smurky kind of way. I checked again today and it's still listed on their website.
