  • Honestly, this place is pretty terrible. Work orders are never taken care of and I was told by the staff that they "probably just got lost" even though all my roommates put in an order multiple times. When we moved in, someone had all of their stuff in my roommate's room. We never got an answer from management why that was. They have now decided to start charging for guest parking passes, which was announced after the fact and is nowhere in the lease. Do they not make enough money already on the overpriced rent?! The entire building is strewn with trash and it smells. I lived here two years ago, and it was not nearly this bad. It was loud, but that's to be expected in this type of student housing. However, it is obviously going downhill fast, literally and figuratively. The floors are sinking in and there is a lot of water damage. I would not recommend living here!!! One week in and I'm already dying to move out.
