Manager at the return center is a complete psycho. I tried to return a sauce pan that had a glass top that broke (shattered) during cooking that I bought last summer. They refused to take it back because I didn't have a receipt, even though the website says I do not need a receipt quote "No Receipt, No Problem! If we can't find a record of the purchase, we will gladly provide a merchandise credit for the lowest selling price of the item within the last 365 days." There was nothing glad going on here. I was here on Wednesday when I only brought the top of the sauce pan (the glass that broke), they said then that I would need to bring the whole pot, which I did and then they refused to give me merchandise credit as it clearly states. The manager refused to answer any of my questions as to why, who just kept stating "I'm not going to answer you" as to why they wouldn't. The woman working said I needed the receipt over and over! But that's not the policy! Do they really think I'm trying to scam them out of a sauce pan!? I mean, come on. I have been a loyal Ikea customer for over 20 years! I have never had a problem like this at Ikea before, they have always been NICE before today!
