I have been contacting True Rest in Tempe, for help for months now. They continue to charge me even though I have not been a member since October 2015. I've called several times and left several voicemails and emails. The corporate emailed me once to say "Handle it at your local store" even though the local store told me to email corporate at info@truerest.com. I am being ignored daily and still need these mistakes corrected
It has turned a 5 star experience down to a pitiful customer service 1 star.
