  • DO NOT GO HERE!! I was referred here by Discount Tire who broke 2 studs on my car. I was informed that the work would be done for free, as Greulich's just bills Discount for the work. The manager was friendly and seemed like he knew what he was talking about. He bragged how I was the 4th person sent by discount that day and how he charges them more than the work costs them to do. I picked up the car later that day and took it home to service the break pads. The lug nuts were over torqued and when I tried to get one off ANOTHER stud snapped. I then brought it in right as they opened the following morning with new lug nuts to be put on, along with 3 replacement studs. I came to pick it up after work 30 minutes before they closed (this was 10 hours since I had dropped the vehicle off) and was told by the receptionist that my vehicle has not been worked on, and she didn't think they would have time to do it that night. I was in disbelief how anything could prevent my car from being serviced in a 10 hour span. They ended up working on my car and having it out in 20 minutes. When I got in the car I had noticed that they only used 1 lug nut out of the 3 that I brought to have replaced, as the remaining 3 studs were supposed to be replaced. On top of that, I reached in the door compartment and found a chewed piece of gum stuck to the inside of the door. This place is a joke and a complete disappointment to the automotive industry.
