  • Had a terrible customer service today by the cashier. I was told to grab boxes from other cashier area cuz she doesn't have any at her register. I know that she should have asked someone to get more bigger boxes for me but I obliged to what she told me. Only to be yelled at & embarrassed me in front of other customers by the cashier guy @ Register # 4 around 5:30pm, April 22, 2017, Saturday. He's complaining that those are his boxes & I can't take them. I was tempted to report him & the cashier lady for such poor customer service but I was in a hurry. Very poor service & I'm appalled by the fact that the guy had the audacity to yell at me for just taking boxes from his station which I was only instructed by his co-worker & gave me permission to do so. Next time they asked to do so, I will tell them to do it for me instead & have them deal with finding boxes instead of me as the customer. That's their job anyway.
