| - DO NOT CONSIGN HIGH END SHOES HERE Yelp! I am totally upset. Asst Mngr Debra was the intake person of items brought in for consignment. I never consigned anything before anywhere ever in life! I never signed a contract, Never explained the process, never was I told pricing was 90% off retail, never told how much my items would price at. I knew nothing. Not sure how I was even in there system as a consigner, having an account with the company. I only wanted to be contacted if certain items came available in the stores for purchase. In one day I've spent about $5,000 closet/attic! I went there after having IVF surgery, for retail therapy. The shopping experience was easy, delightful and fun to do. However, it has been a nightmare with the consignment end of the deal!
As if I have been Raped, Robbed and Made a fool! Only to standby and let my items be under priced and stolen from me. Prior to this Debra only told me that you get 55% credit or 45% cash and she did not know how much my items would price at. I sent an email and was told that within 48hrs. I would be contacted. No one contacted me.
I called once I found out my items were being sold without my knowledge. I had to call to find out how much credit I had to see what they were pricing my items for. Then after being advised the prices I asked that my items will be pulled from the shelves for me to pick up, Debra agreed. Hours later all of a sudden one was on layaway. I did not even know you could layaway items.
Yesterday, I spoke to Debra she said one of my items were on layaway, and that the customer had 30 days to pay & after I would receive $70 in credit for a black fishnet pair of Christian Louboutin.. outrageous! This was hours after it was supposed to be pulled off shelves.

I brought in 2 pairs of Louboutin's
1 pair of BeBe's
1 pair of Madden's
1 pair of gold studded sandals
1 Louis Vuitton Cross strap bag
2 BCBG clutch purse
I wanted my 2 pairs of Christian Louboutins, my Louis Vuitton Bag and a BeBe pair of shoes off shelves. The other items could stay because two items have already sold and I was not concerned with those as much as my high end items.
I had plenty more items that I could have brought into there stores had this deal worked out, but not willing to be taken for granted, stolen from and damn well Robbed! No Ma'am!
Please check into the practice of your Pima store because here and some of the other sites the ratings show that it is questionable activity that goes on there. You ought to, the employees cypher through the items to see what they want then hide or put on "layaway" priced low so that they are able to purchase them in 30 days or less!
A day later the CEO Ann Siner calls me and insinuates the whole thing is a false story and states she needed to call me back to call the store and get the "real story" (how degrading). She calls back with no remorse But what is questionable is that the asst mngr Debra calls My aunt at 2:45pm and she indicated that there is no way she could help me because the shoes were still on layaway, and that this was a business and they could not take my items from a customer who has placed an item on layaway. Then at 3:36pm Today Ann says that she called and talked to Michele at the Pima store and was advised that the shoes on layaway had been picked up (a 24hr layaway) and paid out by a customer. It is so coincidental that I'm not legally on contract with them and didn't know how it worked to consign with them, That my items never made it to the store shelf but has sold from behind clothes doors before notifying me the price you would sale it at. It's already in someone else's home. Based on her conversation with Mngr Michele. I became upset waiting for a resolution, and discovering my shoes are gone and raised my voice a little Ann ends the call with "Come get your sh*t and don't call back!" Never giving me a chance or fair option of knowing to consign or not. It's just lies, lies, lies at the Pima store. They all cover up for each other. Michele runs the store and lies to Ann Siner. Ann listens to her store employees over the customers which I find distasteful! It's wise to shop, but please use caution when consigning your high end items. Debra the assistant manager was so thirsty when she saw my shoes she took them drooling and never explains the price they will be sold for not even a guesstimate! Very disappointing, consider consigning your items with Ebay, tradesy.com, or therealreal.com at least they would be honest and honor your business, you can make a decision on to consign or not before your item is sold and it's too late! I'm very disappointed on how Ann Siner CEO handled the situation she has no class, little time, no compassion, and cursed me out before hanging up! Ann gave no resolution. She was quick to brag on her 20 years in business but had no resolution nor respect for me or my items! She tried to make me feel inferior.
