  • The other day, Friday night 3/4/2016 we started to notice that our freezer was not cooling all that well. The next day, Saturday, it was apparent that we had a problem. We called an appliance repair firm we had used in the past and they could not get to us for 10 days. A few hours later my wife was chatting with an acquaintance who mentioned they had used Appliance Works and were very happy with them. We called and the repairman was at our home in a couple of hours. He was polite, professional, and explained things every step of the way. He diagnosed the problem and fixed the freezer. Working like new. I was really impressed. We will continue to use them and will recommend them to friends and family. 5 stars!!
