  • Very unimpressed/disappointed with the service and product received. Made reservation online which gurantees us a Nissan small SUV within 2 hrs of pick up time. We got there with an hour to spare and they had given away the Nissan and gave a Toyota sequoia. When we brought up the 2hr window she said she couldnt do anything. The alignment was absolutely terrible as it pulled right constantly, the USB connections did not work and only one of the cigarette lighters actually conveyed power. Not very conveinent given a 4 hour ride thru the dessert. The car smelled like smoke and the screen/interface was so faded and worn that you could not read anything off it unless it was night time. Will never use AVIS in Las Vegas again for the sheer fa
