  • Dr. Mitchell and her team are amazing! I picked up my dogs from a weeklong stay at a nearby boarding facility and was horrified to see that my older dog appeared to have been bitten on the ear and the wound was left untreated for several days. I called multiple vets in the area and understandably so, no one was able to fit in a new client (I recently moved here) on immediate notice. When I called Rainbow Vet, however, they told me to bring him in immediately and that Dr. Mitchell would find some time to see my dog. I was completely frazzled by the time I got to the office and the staff was wonderful with both my dog and me! Dr. Mitchell carefully irrigated the wound, sent him home with antibiotics and pain meds, and even recommended other boarding options. It's always a stressful situation to see your pet in pain and the fact that Dr. Mitchell and her team made time for mine meant the world to me. I absolutely will be using them for both dogs' routine care now.
