  • The summer is here so I knew it was time for me to mow downtown (if ya know what I mean) months of hibernation had left me feeling grizzly down under and I needed to find a place pronto. I searched everywhere and I finally let my intuition and a little research to guide me here. Let me start by saying that Thuy's customer service skills were on point. But she even went beyond that and accommodated me and actually made me feel as if we were best friends. I had originally scheduled the appointment for 12 but due to unforseen circumstances I had to change it to 10 am. She gladly changed my appointment and even sent me a reminder text to confirm the details of the appointment as well as the location. Upon entering the salon I was immediately greeted by her and was even offered some water. After I filled out some new client card information, I was then quickly whisked away to her waxing station. It was private with high ceiling drapes and cute little frames with girly designs. It made me feel comfortable and at home. Waxing is painful, but she somehow managed to put me at ease and be quick thorough and concise. Which is really important because I'm going to miami in a few days! I am glad to have found this place and I am also glad that she was so wonderful, gentle and friendly. I will most definitely be going back.
