  • I wish I had read the reviews before booking. What a nightmare! Thank god I only booked them to unload, and they couldn't even get their act together to do that. Had a call time of 2-4 pm. We were driving over from another state, Called to let them know we were there before 2 and ready when they were. By 345 no call, I called was told they were delayed but " on their way", 4:45 still haven't heard from or seen anyone. Call again stating I know you close in 15 min what are we supposed to do.. Oh your drivers are on the way blah blah blah, they do have a service that takes over at 5, Get a text stating, see you canceled do you still need a truck. I call immediately and state we never canceled we are sitting here waiting. FINALLY at 6:30 they showed up, and the drivers told us they had gotten a call we were an add on who knows where our original movers were. Tried contacting the company 3 days in a row. today I talked to Mark and its easy to understand why the company operates as it does. I'm disputing my charges, what a joke of a company. RUN RUN RUN
