  • If negative stars was a possibility that's what I would've used. The staff was rude, the women helping us was using profanity to complain about Tricare Insurance. If your Active Duty military request another company because they definately won't treat you with respect. The gentlemen in back of tried to help us, he also told us he's known people use the same company and they had nothing good to say eithier. Poor customer service.
