  • As of when I originally posted this review to google, I had not been to my actual appointment yet. I had JUST booked a moment ago for the following Tuesday. I have had so many unsavory interactions with various offices' poorly trained and rude receptionists. It is worth dropping a kind word for this business when I came away with such a friendly feeling. I am looking forward to my appointment. I hope the rest of the staff is as friendly, couteous, and professional as she was. Update: I have had my appointment and have received my glasses. I am extremely happy! I lucked out and found a perfect pair of frames within my budget. The doctor was pleasant and professional. I was told to expect my glasses in on or around October 31rst; they were ready for pickup on November 3rd, well within a reasonable timeline. Every interaction I had with every employee was as pleasant as the first. It was a refreshing experience! I'll definitely be a repeat customer. Highly recommended!
