I'm rating this apartment as a 2 star because of the front office. I moved into summer winds July 2017, apartment is okay. Walls are not insulated so you can hear your neighbors and the heat/AC is a joke because of the poor insulation.
Cynthia at the office has no empathy and you can tell this is just a job, no customer service and half the time she doesn't even know what's happening at the apartment. Recently they announced through email ( all communication is done through email) that they were redoing the gym and the front office ( which really needed it, tv didn't work in the gym, and the machines were old) I came into the office asking when they would be done with the gym and Cynthia laughed and said no idea, not only did she not know but she didn't even try and reach out to anyone else to give me an answer or want to know. I came into the office again just to ask if they were offering or doing anything special for residents since the gym was closed for at least 2 months now. She gave me a very bitchy look just for asking and said no why would we. Mind you I work in the industry and normally good customer service tries to go above and beyond to see if they can do anything. But she was very short and didn't care to do anything else.
They had multiple emails stating they were doing a water shutdown ( I would say 2 times a month) and would exceed the time frames. I recall one time I couldn't even flush or use any water on a week day after 6pm and they never did anything or tried to make it right. I was shocked, and it definitely was an inconvenience for me.
