  • Bought a new truck from there and have had towing issues with it since it was purchased. The dealer was hands off with regards to my concerns and refused to deal with it aside from having me contact Chevrolet directly as they stated they sold the truck, but did not build it. After 3 months of dealing with GM with the numbers given to me by Midway, they stated they could do nothing since the truck was bought in Arizona. I had contacted Midway during this process and have asked them to look for a different truck ( even if I encumbered the difference) and they refuse to respond. We are now going the route of the BBB who are finally initiating claims. Would not buy from there again. We aren't sure if it's a problem with the truck or it's simply incapable of doing what they said it would do. Either way, I'm not satisfied. They got their sale and thats pretty much what I see is all they care about.
