  • Firestone has always done a piss-poor job on my car, consistently. And on top of that, there has been multiple times when I have to return my car to them because they will do a bad job at repairing the work on my car. For example, as of today- this was my 4th time returning my car for an issue that was supposedly repaired two weeks ago. I am truly done. You will no longer get my money for overpriced work.
