  • Finally done with Waypoint Homes! I will share my horrible experiences as a tenant under Colony American and Waypoint Homes Property Management. Maybe Vegas can learn customer service skills from a reputable Property Management Co. Theres got to be one in Vegas with all the many people coming through this place. It was a rough two years and I will tell everyone I work with and know to stay away from Waypoint Homes. These guys don't provide the service to their tenants. They provide exemplary excuses. That's their strong point. It's nice to be a homeowner in CA and now NV. Renters beware!
