  • Highly recommend! One of the panels on garage door started buckling last night when trying to close it. Called this morning with high hopes of securing an appointment for today. Phone was answered by a human (1st bonus point) who told me she would call back and see if she had anyone available. I stated I would wait 30 minutes and would call someone else if I didn''t hear back in that time frame. She called back in 5 min. (2nd bonus point) and said someone could be out between 2:00-4:00 p.m. Technician Steve arrived early (3rd bonus point) and told us our old door was better than newer ones being sold today and that he could repair it for $140.00 (4th bonus point). Steve was very professional and fixed us up in no time by adding a brace to the panel in trouble (5th bonus point). Very satisfied with the service we received and ecstatic that we weren't coerced into buying a new garage door! This company will receive our recommendations and business in the future. We found them on my guy referral service and are so happy we did!
