  • A little disappointing that they ask you to show up 10 minutes early, which we assumed was for orientation, only to learn that the orientation was part of your booked time. Equipment is also starting to show its wear and tear. The googles were dirty and scratched. I also had troubles with a controller and was told it damaged and I'd need to change booths, which I was upset about as the place was empty and we'd made reservations. The games are pretty simple and provide little challenge for anyone older than 8 years old (outside of figuring which buttons to use, which seemed to be different for each game, making the orientation of little value). As a regular gamer, I think it's stupid that you have to start at the easiest of three levels in the sword fighting FPS game and can't try the more advanced levels. I also suspect some of the games we played were demos and not the full versions. My wife has a good time with the more artsy and immersive apps, but we both agreed that we'd like try out a different venue before returning here. You should probably do the same and write a review so we know where to try next.
