  • Shitty shitty bang bang. I hate them. I will never recommend. Might as well own my own place for the amount of maintenance that they provide: as in NONE. 5 hour windows to have a tech come out, please-- I am not taking off work to wait on your sorry asses. Spent a week in 113 degree temperatures waiting for a working fridge/freezer: no temporary fridge provided. Property is obviously built with no quality: my AC bill was over 300 a month in the summer and it wasn't even kept cool: the AC units are over 15 years old, and windows leak. Renting is as-is: the paint job was god awful and spotty; had to repaint on my own dime. Plus you have to provide your own extermination, your own lawn and tree care, pay your own garbage pickup, pay your own sewage, pay for all your own air filters, fridge filters. Pet rent is extra. No incentives to stay: rents still increase after a year, and increase a HUGE amount to go month to month.
