  • Word of warning for anyone out there that is considering to purchase from this company. Do not be fooled by them, they are not an authorized dealer and a bunch of scam artist employees. Any products you order which is not in stock, the company will attempt to order them, but you have to notify them "three weeks prior to delivery", because they don't have a large enough warehouse, SCAM! Thats because they can't even retrieve the product! The sales staff and customer care line do not care if the products do not arrive and will not notify you of such issue until you find out yourself. Due to Canadian Appliance Source not being an authorized reseller, they are not prioritized. If the brand you are ordering (ie. LG, Samsung, GE) is fulfilling another authorized retailers orders, Canadian Appliance Source will not get any stock. You can simultaneously order the same product from another retailer (ie. Bestbuy, Brick, Leons, Tasco) and they will get the product much quicker, in comparison to Canadian Appliance Source; which in their case, product never even arrived. They will lie to you, delay you and not honour their shipment date. The sales managers will do everything possible to cut your order and not take any responsibilities either. They even attempted to deliver a refurbished product and justify that its new. There was damaged on the initial product they delivered, like dents and scratches. Its a horrible business with zero to none ethics. I don't write bad reviews about any retail businesses generally, but this business will be reported to Consumer Protection Ontario and deserve penalization for their acts.
