| - After the experience I had at Power Nissan, I would give no stars if that were possible. Went in to Power Nissan over the weekend to lease a car after negotiating a price via email and was (wrongly) under the impression that we were on the right track to close the deal without the being swindled. I could not have been more wrong! The sales staff came back with two incorrect figures, both of which are set by Nissan - the money factor and residual value. Using their figures nearly DOUBLED the payment we had calculated. We had brought the paperwork showing different figures from a visit to ABC Nissan the day before and questioned Power Nissan's figures. Of course, they claimed that ABC Nissan somehow had them incorrect, and the sales manager (stereotypically slimy and disingenuous, he even threw in a line about having to feed his family) just couldn't make money off the deal if they gave us those figures. Of course, we left immediately, but the whole experience was a complete waste of our time. We wound up leasing from Richard Lazo at Coulter Nissan, who did not try to jerk us around while negotiating a sale. Oh, and Coulter came up with the same figures as ABC Nissan. Now, I wonder who was lying..... Bottom line, if you go to Power Nissan to purchase or lease a car, be sure to do your homework first or they WILL try to take advantage of you.
