  • Fantastic! Do not cheap-out when you choose your yoga studio. I made that mistake once and will never do it again. BodyHeat is still a very good value. They facilities are clean, staff is always positive and they are straight forward, no bait and switch like other Yoga studios. Bathrooms are clean, floors are clean, classes are excellent, showers are actually clean and useable. Stalls are actually very private. Other Yoga studios have a bathroom like a gym class with zero privacy, I will only use Body Heat because I've seen the competition, just yelp search, you'll see it. I just wish they had more late classes. Comfortable place for guys and girls. If you want to lose weight then Hot Yoga is for you, any studio will do, but I prefer Body Heat because it's clean and the classes aren't over packed.
