  • The tech support at this location is a JOKE!! My 5 year old nephew knows more than the baboons here. I went in to buy a hard drive for my laptop and all they had were desktop (and external) drives. They rep told me to just hook a USB drive to it and I could use it. I asked him if another location had INTERNAL drives and he said that because Staples bought them out they no longer carried internal laptop drives. I knew this was BS so I just left and bought one online from Amazon. What a joke!
