  • Stagecoach is three minutes from my house. I used them once about 20 years ago. I thought they were a little expensive then but, I thought I would call them again. I left my keys in my office at my house and I was locked out. I phoned at 7:20 this morning and a man did answer the phone. I told him I had an emergency and needed to get in my office right away. I needed my keys to get my wife to work and needed to get back to my house to do a recorded interview. His comment was to call the office at 8 and that they would have to look at the schedule and it was first come first serve. i told him I needed service now and would have to break out the window. He didn't seem to concerned. I didn't call back. They turned to yelp and called 1minute service locksmith - see my review at yelp. This is a fellow that knows about service. Stagecoach --- eek me thinks not. I guess they made the error that so many companies forget - They clearly dont know who I am - I AM THE CUSTOMER. They were not quick to respond.
