  • Service was retched. Their selection wasn't that wide and it's located in the walkway of ceasars palace, which was clever, if not for the insurmountable people traffic. I asked for mint chocolate and they gave me pistachio. There was no refund but there should have been. They eventually changed it but with no apologies & I still had to wait in line to get it done. The Gelato tasted ok but wasn't worth the price! There is this short moody Latina chic with glasses who was giving everybody attitude & killed the vibe. If you don't wanna work there, please don't. I kindly asked her to change it and she directed me to the other side but first saying, "are you sure it was us?" She wasn't even helping anyone & was evidently too busy giving ppl the stink-eye to work. She had the woman next to her cleaning up. It's in everyone's best interest to fire her, including hers.
