  • They also "tried" to haul my horse. Took my $500 deposit. Supposedly my horse was not able to haul in their trailer. When they called me, the guy was extremely rude. Told me to stop crying. He turned around and dropped off my horse to her old boarding facility. When I asked my trainer to get pictures of the supposed damage, he slammed the door and sped away. Accusing us that because my trainer loaded her he didn't know she had problems. Please. She traveled just fine across the country with SFE, true horse people. No issues, no ace needed, and she was in great spirits when she arrived. So I would never recommend these people for anything involving horses. My horse is far from an issue. I have never been treated so poorly. It is certainly not the way you treat your clients. I am sure there will be a response to this that blames me, my trainer, and my horse.
