  • I literally do not understand how this place even has 4/5 stars. . . I called at 1:45pm on a week day and asked how long their wait was. I was told 5 min to wait to get in for a pedicure. I go inside within 2 minutes (I was in the parking lot) and check in, and pick out a color. Many people stroll in while I wait for about 15-20 min. Was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. Finally some man tells 4 people waiting for pedicures to sit down at the stations. At this point it's been over 45 min. I ask how long I'm going to have to wait in the chair because it's getting a little ridiculous. Many minutes go by....the water my feet are sitting in is now cold... I walk out within 60 min of entering the salon with no service done. Good bye. Never coming here again. Try being realistic with customers next time instead of being greedy and making people wait 20x longer than you state.
