  • I also agree with Carrie G! Do not be discouraged by the mediocre rating. This is a 60+ year old family run business. Yes the building is the original building, it is not very impressive when you first walk in, but the bridal salon upstairs is so amazingly full of dresses! I reluctantly made an appointment because they were having an Allure Bridal trunk show. I was like you and didn't think it was fabulous enough "for me" to make an appointment. What a smug biotch I was being, I was completly wrong. Ofelia was my stylist and she was a sweetheart with a heart of pure gold! My brother accompanied me with my parents and grandmother. My brother uses a wheelchair and unfortunately, the building is historic and not wheelchair accessible on the second floor, which is the bridal suite. Ofelia was so kind as to make us an area on the first floor and to happily take on the extra work of hauling all these gowns up and down just to accommodate us. I am deeply appreciative to Ofelia for making my experience so pleasant and inclusive of my beloved brother. Ofelia talked to me about what I liked and was not pushy at all. She gave us free reign of the gown room and she asked me if it was ok to make suggestions. She was very experienced and helpful and my gown is not exactly what I expected it would be when I started this journey, but her expertise to guide me was priceless. I found my gorgeous wedding gown for a reasonable price and I am so happy with my decision. I will update once the dress has arrived.
