  • My HVAC stopped working just before sunset on a HOT Sunday. So I gave Sierra a call thinking not an issue to send tech after hours and was told by their Rep they could not send anyone till morning. I'm a recent transplant from Florida and HVAC companies there don't have a problem making after hours service calls. Summers are just as brutal there as well. Anyways I was disappointed to hear that, especially note that this same company installed this 4 year old unit. They had their company name all over this thing. So needless to say I'll will never seek this company's service ever!..
