  • I have never had such terrible customer service before in my entire life. I went in for a Shellac manicure, I chose a colour and after 3 nails the girl said told me that this particular one "wouldn't work" with no further explanation. I chose another colour and the same thing happened. On the third try, she was able to get through all of my nails. I asked for a third coat (as I always do with no issues), she proceeded to tell me it wasn't necessary and rolled her eyes. Reluctantly she agreed and did a single very thick swipe of polish on each nail which did looked awful! The edges were completely uncovered. She then tried putting the top coat on but the thick polish wasn't even dry and it got quite messed up. After all this, I was just so frustrated so I asked for her to remove it. They then tried to charge me for a full Shellac manicure even though I was leaving with NO POLISH on my nails!! I told them I would pay for the removal only. After a 10 minute argument and a threat by the salon to call security on me, I threw them a $20 and stormed out. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will NOT be returning and nor should you.
