Arrived at the counter and I was the second in line and in less than a few minutes the store manager took my reservation. I was in the system, no problem at all.
We walked up to the car area and I got a free upgrade as they did not have any cars left that I reserved.
The car drove great, did what I needed to do and returned the car the next day to the airport. It would have been nice to offer a free shuttle back to the strip, had to cab it I was told they don't offer rides back. Better yet offer to pick it up for me for $15 more and I would have taken that deal.
Enterprise: If you want to take that customer experience to the next level those little things like a ride back are big!!
