  • I initially reached out to Perfect Resume in 2014 and received a prompt response from Kim, advising that she was happy to help. I was on the fence at the time - not sure if I was ready to start the process and not sure if I wanted to spend the money. She understood, no pressure to move forward and let me know that she was available when I was ready. Fast forward to July 2015 and I knew that I needed help presenting myself appropriately to make the next career move. I had kept that email from 2014, reached out and she was equally responsive. We chatted on the phone about what I was looking for and that I wanted to make a move into a management role with little management experience. Kim and I had a few email exchanges as she was revamping my resume and the process was quick and efficient. I knew as soon as I saw my new resume that this was the best money I had spent.
