  • Worst customer experience. On a hot day took my kids to this place and grabbed some cones to go. I parked right in front and the scoop of ice cream fell off the cone before I even got into my car. I went inside with the ice cream and asked for another and she said I had to pay for it since it happened outside the store. I wasn't even 5seconds out of the store!! Wth is that? Whatever happened to good customer service??! I just bought the frickin scoop of $4 ice cream and it wasn't even packed on tight enough to the cone that it just fell over?!! Seriously?? And you want me to pay for another? Ugh.
